Blue is the color of calmness and peace. It draws in and intoxicates. The strength of this color is as a rule underestimated. It creates precondition for deep reflection about life, calls to find the meaning and truth, it calls for not sensual but rather spiritual impressions. Inside the house is where acrylic shines. It dries faster than other types, and it keeps its color better, without yellowing. One disadvantage: It costs more. Special Surfaces. WHITEWASH. Whitewashes and lime paints must be thin when applied. In fact, best results will be obtained if the application is so thin that the surface to which it is applied may easily be seen through the film while it is wet. The coating will dry opaque, but two thin Coats will give better results than one thick coat.

You'll need a large compressor, not just the typical 20 gallon variety most of us have. This is a 60 gallon, vertical compressor with typically a 5+ hp motor. Then you'll need a decent paint gun (possibly 2; one for primer and one for color) which again is an expense. Then there's the question of where you'll paint the car. Renting a paint booth is best, but can be expensive and hard to find. You can always seal up your garage or shoot out in the wetted down driveway, but you'll inevitably get dirt and moisture into the paint. Changing Colors. If you're keeping your Mustang the same color it is now then things stay pretty simple. Areas like the door jambs and inside of the trunk are probably still in good shape since they aren't exposed to the weather and you won't have to worry about repainting them. But if you're changing colors these extra areas will cost you. Be sure the price quote you get from the paint shop includes these extra areas. If you wait until the day you pull up with your Mustang prepped for paint you could be surprised by this extra cost. STENCILING. You may want designs on the walls, or perhaps even on floors and ceilings, in some of the rooms or hallway. You may buy or make your own stencils, which should be on heavy paper, stencil board, plastic, or metal. Avoid stencils made of lightweight paper which will get soaked when touched by wet paint. Your paint dealer will suggest the best paint for you to use, as it will depend a great deal on the surface over which you want to put the stenciled designs. Generally a heavy paint is used, so that it will not spread under the stencil while you are applying it. New Paints Give You Pro's Skill. Painting your house will be easier than ever - if you get the right paint. But it's going to be harder than ever to pick it.
